CNXN Helix hosts Spring AI MasterClass in Phoenix, AZ

This week, nearly 100 Helix Pros converged in Phoenix, AZ, for the second CNXN Helix Masterclass—a two-day, hands-on experience focused on deepening expertise in artificial intelligence. With a significantly larger group than our inaugural session, the event fostered dynamic collaboration, practical training, and forward-looking conversations with leading experts. Together, our growing Helix Pro community is building the skills and knowledge needed to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions to customers nationwide.

Keynote from Elias Alagna, Distinguished Technologist at HPE

Our first day of partner presentations kicked off with Elias Alagna giving the team a deep dive on the full HPE AI landscape:

Elias also covered HPE's Private Cloud AI - a full stack, turnkey private cloud for production AI. He went on to cover HPEs approach to responsible AI, and closed with a look at the full HPE GreenLake private cloud stack.

Partner-led Sessions and Insights

Throughout the Masterclass, several of our trusted partners led specialized sessions, providing further perspectives on cutting-edge AI developments and solutions:

• NVIDIA: Sam Wheeler took the team on a tour of NVIDIA's NIM and NeMo products and how they are changing the way AI is consumed.

• Apple: Apple covered the recent updates to Apple Intelligence, and the improving ISV integration into the Apple ecosystem.

• Microsoft: Courtney Freed and Jason Virtue covered Microsoft's approach to AI transformation, from Copilots to Agents and everything in between.

• Intel: Gretchen Stewart gave the team an overview of the Intel AI landscape, looking at the desktop to data center solutions Intel is delivering.

• Kore.AI: Carl Katz gave an amazing demo of Kore.AI's agent technology and how it could be applied to different customer needs.
